Our leading-edge Laboratory proudly serves the entire HFM network, as well as provides testing for many out-of-network providers and health care organizations. Because our patients — as well as other health care professionals — know they can place their trust in us to provide accurate, reliable results fast. We’re Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) certified and College of American Pathologists (CAP) accredited, and our highly specialized team utilizes innovative technology to provide you with the right laboratory services and the right results.

Locations

Holy Family Memorial has three lab locations. We understand providing the right care means giving you convenient options and ensuring quality and consistency. All locations are CLIA-licensed and the hospital and Harbor Town labs are also CAP-accredited, ensuring accurate results for even the most complex testing.

Lab testing is by appointment. You can schedule most lab appointments through the Froedtert & MCW app or MyChart for a time that is convenient for you or by calling 920-320-6777. You must have an active lab order from your provider in order to schedule your appointment. If you do not have an order from your provider or if you are unsure, please contact your provider’s office.

For your convenience, an order can be made at one location and drawn at another.

Lab results are available in MyChart. If you do not have MyChart or have questions regarding your results, please contact your provider. Lab staff cannot provide results.

Lab outreach—we come to you

We’re committed to our community, and understand there are circumstances where patients may need lab tests but are unable to come to one of our three locations to take them. For those cases, we offer lab outreach, where we go direct to the patient to perform the tests. Whether at an area nursing home or for a home-bound patient, we’re here to serve you with expertise, convenience and compassion.
