At Sleep Clinic, we know sleep disorders can make a huge impact on your life. Beyond feeling tired during the day, chronic sleep deprivation can reduce your alertness and make it harder to concentrate on important things like work and your family. It can make it dangerous to drive. And sleep deprivation can also decrease your energy level—and ultimately—your overall health, well-being and quality of life. If you suffer from constant daytime grogginess and always seem to be tired, you may be suffering from a sleep disorder. And we’re here to help. Our team partners with leading-edge, American Board of Sleep Medicine certified physicians and other sleep experts at Whitney Sleep Diagnostics to provide the most effective consultations, diagnostic services and follow-up care for your specific sleep needs.

Our Partnership

Our partnership with the Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin health network means that if needed, your local HFM provider can connect you with all the resources of eastern Wisconsin’s only academic health system, including access to advanced treatment options and clinical trials not widely available.

$25 at-home sleep apnea screening

As one of the most common sleep disorders, it’s estimated that more than 22 million Americans suffer from sleep apnea. That’s why at HFM, we’re also proud to offer an affordable, $25 at-home sleep apnea screening. It’s simple to complete, and helps create a baseline for follow-up and to determine if you need a full sleep study.

Sleep apnea symptoms include:

  • Choking or gasping during sleep
  • Headaches
  • Observed pauses in breathing
  • Snoring
