Whether you’re a fitness buff or a true first-timer, our fitness classes give you the options and flexibility to find the right fit for your schedule and your fitness goals. And best of all, unlike many other fitness facilities, even classes like BODYPUMP™, PiYo®, TRX® and yoga are included in your membership with no additional fees.

Our current class offerings include:
AF Aquatic and Advanced AF Aquatic
Designed by the Arthritis Foundation, this soothing water exercise class helps to improve joint flexibility, increase strength and reduce pain and stiffness that often accompanies arthritis. AF Aquatic is suitable for every fitness level, with optional deep water lower extremity and abdominal exercises included in the advanced class.
AF Tai Chi
Tai chi is an ancient discipline with benefits for the body, mind and spirit. This exercise program is designed to provide people of all ages and abilities with a joint-friendly exercise alternative. The program uses Sun-style tai chi, which is particularly supportive of joint health through agile steps, high stances, gentle movements and relaxed breathing. Participants have expressed benefits ranging from increased joint flexibility and range of motion, to improved balance and coordination.
This water-based program combines conditioning moves with strengthening and stretching to target cardiovascular training, jumping and running—all designed to enhance your athletic ability.
Get a kick out of your workouts with this ultimate cardiovascular challenge, featuring a unique blend of intense intervals of strength and endurance training along with a relaxing cool-down. You’ll enjoy a combination of intense kickboxing and dance moves performed to high energy, motivating music.
Get real results through short, sharp, intense, hugely effective 30-minute workouts that focus on strengthening your core. And if you’re up for the challenge, step up to CXWORX Plus, which adds 15 minutes of quick cardio following your session to maximize your overall workout.
Our group cycling class is designed for all fitness levels and includes various cycling drills that offer an exhilarating cardiovascular workout. Remember to grab a number from the front desk to reserve your bike before cycling class begins!
Held in our lap pool, this unique aquatic workout utilizes water’s natural resistance to develop core strength and balance while improving your cardiovascular endurance. And floatation belts help make add to the challenge with deep water resistance.
Gentle Yoga is structured around rejuvenating and healing your body. Yoga props such as blankets, blocks, bolsters, chairs and straps are often used for safe practice and to allow your body to fully achieve each position comfortably. This class is held at a slower pace and focuses on stretching, while releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles.
Interval training classes are popular for many reasons—they’re challenging, super-efficient and ultra-effective. Interval training is ideal for your busy schedule, whether you want to squeeze in a workout over your lunch break or you’re out to get in shape for a fast-approaching event. Research shows you can achieve more progress in a mere 15 minutes of high-intensity interval training done three times a week versus jogging on the treadmill for an hour. Come join the interval training class that’s right for you and get started burning calories while increasing your metabolism and heart health.
Get in our pool and experience a variety of aerobic conditioning through circuit, interval and strength training sessions utilizing aquabells and noodles.
This low-impact physical activity class is designed to help you reduce pain and decrease joint stiffness through gentle range-of-motion exercises suitable for everyone. Perfect for anyone dealing with arthritis!
Kettlebells are cast-iron weights shaped like a cannonball with a handle. They offer a different kind of training using dynamic movements which target almost every aspect of fitness, endurance, strength, balance, agility and cardiovascular health. Perfect for any age and ability, our kettlebell classes work many different muscle groups within a single workout, and you get to work out at your own pace and weight level.
Latin Moves Aqua
In Latin Moves Aqua, you get to take the moves of popular Latin dances to the water for a new twist on dance-based fitness.
Our Low Impact/Sculpt class focuses on improving your muscle tone, flexibility, balance and stability through using exercise balls, light dumbbells, exercise bands and cardio exercises.
Pilates provides an awesome workout featuring a series of movements that flow from one to another to help your core muscles strengthen and stretch.
Ideal for all ages and fitness levels, our Mindful Yoga class allows participants to work at their own pace and enjoy the benefits of yoga.
Our Moderate Yoga class offers a faster pace than our other yoga options and links breathing with movement.

This popular suspension trainer exercise system leverages gravity and your bodyweight to allow you to perform hundreds of efficient, effective exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise because you’re able to adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance accordingly.
Stronger and faster paced than our other yoga options, this class is designed to focus on your breath and its relationship to each yoga pose. Vigorous Yoga provides a total body workout that creates longer, leaner muscles and improves mobility and circulation. This is a great class to clear out all the static in both your body and mind to prepare you for meditation.
Water Tai Chi
Utilizing the same exercises as our AF Tai Chi class, this class adds the warmth of the water to help your balance and create a sense of calm.
Have fun and get your workout in at the same time with our Water Volleyball class. It’s noncompetitive and a great way to get your heart rate up and get exercise with friends.

This fun, exciting and upbeat Latin dance based workout doesn’t even feel like exercise! Featuring easy-to-follow moves and proven results, Zumba is a great way to get active and get fit.
