Back pain is extremely common, affecting nearly 80% of all adults, but the reason you’re in pain, may not be common at all. We’re here to determine why you’re in pain and what we can do to get you back to your life.
One team working together
Our spine team works together with your primary care provider to create a personal plan of care for your spine and ensure all avenues of care and rehabilitation are considered. We want you to get the right care for your spine.
We know how much pain you’re in, making an appointment should be easy.
Rehabilitation and wellness center
Our highly trained therapists can help you recover from a recent injury or manage chronic back issues. We have experts to guide you step-by-step through your customized treatment. We use manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and education on lifestyle modification to assist in your recovery.
Our personal trainers can assist you through Muscle Activation Technique or MAT. It can help you recover by correcting muscular imbalance. You can get a free consultation from one of our certified trainers to assist in your recovery. As you recover, the HFM Wellness Center staff is there to assist you towards a healthy lifestyle by offering over 70 classes a week, a warm water pool, and excellent trainers who collaborate with the rehabilitation staff.
Our chiropractor uses adjustments, therapeutic exercises, and state-of-the-art electrical stimulation to ensure proper spine alignment.
By focusing on you as a whole, rather than just your spine, our physiatrist can assess and identify medical issues, as well as prescribe the right treatment to get your pain manageable.
Determining the best means of managing your pain is the focus of our pain clinic. With spinal pain or injury, sometimes medications only mask the symptoms. We utilize several pain treatment options that address the symptoms, as well as ease the pain.
When all non-operative therapies have been tried, surgery may be your only option. When that happens, rest assured that our spine surgeon will perform the correct, most current technique for your spine.
