Services Offered

Level 1 – Self-Directed

Patient requests immunizations and medications based on Centers for Disease Control or travel company’s recommendations.
$35 fee. Insurance can be billed for additional prescriptions needed for trip.

Level 2 – Pharmacist Recommendations

HFM Pharmacy staff will research what is needed based on your travel plans. $75 fee. Insurance can be billed for additional prescriptions needed for trip.
