Holy Family Memorial has earned an “A” grade from The Leapfrog Group, a nonprofit organization committed to driving quality, safety, and transparency in the U.S. health care system.
The Leapfrog Group released new Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grades, which assign A, B, C, D and F letter grades to hospitals nationwide. HFM was one of 823 hospitals in the nation to receive an “A” for its commitment to reducing errors, infections, and accidents that can harm patients.
“At Holy Family Memorial we strive to provide the best patient experience possible, and patient safety is a key component of the compassionate care our staff provides,” said President and CEO Mark Herzog. “The Leapfrog patient safety score is an excellent and welcome affirmation of our team’s ongoing commitment to delivering the highest standard care our patients expect and receive from HFM.”
