HFM Announces Inspired Caring Award winners.

Patty O’Loughlin

Holy Family Memorial recognizes Patty O’Loughlin, Laboratory, and volunteer Joan Fessler as third quarter winners for the HFM Inspired Caring Award.

“Patty demonstrates excellence by always being respectful of patient and staff, while using her phlebotomy skills to put the patient at ease when drawing blood,” wrote Patty’s nominator. “We have many patients who request Patty and would like blood drawn only by her because of her skills and demeanor.”

Joan Fessler has been a volunteer at Holy Family Memorial since 2006. In that time, she has given 2,063 hours of service. She volunteers in the HFM Gift Shoppe and Information Desk.

Her nominator wrote, “Joan is an incredibly dedicated volunteer, often picking up extra shifts in the Gift Shoppe when needed. She displays Holy Family Memorial’s core values daily. She gives of her time freely and is always willing to go the extra mile for those whom she serves.”
