Holy Family Memorial has exciting volunteer opportunities for anyone age 15 and older. A variety of assignments are available to fit each volunteer’s needs and interests; options are available for those who would like to interact with patients directly or for those who prefer to be behind the scenes.
“Volunteering is a great way to meet new people and share talents, skills and experiences,” says Susan Senglaub, director of volunteer services at HFM. “Most importantly, our volunteers provide a variety of services that add to the comfort of our patients, visitors and their families.”
Volunteers can assist in many areas throughout our network, including patient/visitor escort, Espresso Connection barista, clerical support, front desk specialist, gift shop clerk, hospice companion, mail delivery, pastoral care Eucharistic Minister/lector, surgery lounge receptionist and nursing unit support.
