VISITOR RESTRICTIONS
For the health and safety of our patients and staff, we are currently limiting visitors to 1 per patient per stay. Children are not allowed unless they are patients.
Masks are required at all times. Visitor wristbands must be worn at all times at the Western Avenue location.
