Caring for a loved one at home can be fulfilling but is not necessarily easy, even though you do it with the deepest of love and devotion. It is important to remember that caregivers need support, too. Our caregiver support group will help you embrace the joys and navigate the challenges of being a primary caregiver for a loved one.

This group connects you with other caregivers. Whether you have just started your journey as a caregiver or you are a longtime caregiver, we invite you to join, share experiences and learn from each other.

Why attend a caregiver support group?

  • Meet others who are walking a similar path
  • Learn ways to make your good support even better
  • Share and receive advice and emotional and spiritual support
  • Learn to create a care plan
  • Learn to improve home safety
  • Explore palliative care and how it is different from hospice care
  • Learn to prepare for a crisis and when to call an ambulance
  • Identify local resources for specific needs
  • Develop new friendships

Remember, you are not alone. Your strength can help others, and their wisdom can help you.
