Manitowoc, Wis. — Froedtert Holy Family Memorial Hospital, 2300 Western Avenue, Manitowoc, will host a community blood drive Wednesday, March 29, from noon to 5 p.m.
The blood drive is open to the public. Donors must be at least 16 years old and be in general good health. Donors should bring a photo ID or blood donor card, eat a healthy meal, and drink plenty of water before donating.
All eligible donors are strongly encouraged to make appointments.
Every three seconds, someone needs a blood donation. Eligible donors are encouraged to donate to help patients facing trauma and other life-threatening situations.
