Wellness Center to host open house Dec. 30

Manitowoc, Wis., (Dec. 20, 2022) – As the New Year approaches, new resolutions do as well. If yours is to get in better shape, head to the Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin Holy Family Memorial Wellness Center open house from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 30.

Facility tours, group exercise demonstrations and informational sessions on massage therapy, pain neuroscience education and health and fitness coaching will be offered during the open house. New members can take advantage of the membership special from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Dec. 30 and join the Wellness Center for a discounted $23 enrollment fee; monthly membership rates apply.

Membership includes the use of gym facilities and equipment, therapy pool, sauna, towel service, unlimited group exercise class participation and discounted pricing for personal training and massage therapy.
