Deep Blue
Held in our lap pool, this unique aquatic workout utilizes water’s natural resistance to develop core strength and balance while improving your cardiovascular endurance. And floatation belts help add to the challenge with deep water resistance.
Gentle Yoga
Gentle Yoga is structured around rejuvenating and healing your body. Yoga props such as blankets, blocks, bolsters, chairs and straps are often used for safe practice and to allow your body to fully achieve each position comfortably. This class is held at a slower pace and focuses on stretching, while releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles.
H2O Fitness
A high energy class suitable for all fitness levels utilizing aqua bells, noodles, and kickboards with a focus on sustained cardio, core strength, and improving overall muscle tone.
Pain Neuroscience Education Class
The Pain Neuroscience Education program helps individuals take control of their chronic pain and health and get back the life they want. The program uses a mind-body approach based on current neuroscience research and includes other strategies and exercises for treating pain.
