Held in our lap pool, this unique aquatic workout utilizes water’s natural resistance to develop core strength and balance while improving your cardiovascular endurance. And floatation belts help add to the challenge with deep water resistance.

Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga is structured around rejuvenating and healing your body. Yoga props such as blankets, blocks, bolsters, chairs and straps are often used for safe practice and to allow your body to fully achieve each position comfortably. This class is held at a slower pace and focuses on stretching, while releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles.

H2O Fitness

A high energy class suitable for all fitness levels utilizing aqua bells, noodles, and kickboards with a focus on sustained cardio, core strength, and improving overall muscle tone.

People with Parkinson’s disease frequently have gait impairments, difficulty linking movements together smoothly and episodes of freezing.

This class helps individuals in all stages of Parkinson’s disease maintain their function and improve balance.

This popular suspension trainer exercise system leverages gravity and your bodyweight to allow you to perform hundreds of efficient, effective exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise because you’re able to adjust your body position to increase or decrease resistance accordingly.
