Our individualized Wellness Center massage services all include a consultation so our expert, licensed massage therapists can tailor their approach to your unique needs.

Relaxation massage

Enjoy a soothing, light pressure massage designed to bring you a deep sense of calm and relaxation.

Therapeutic massage

This fully customizable massage promotes therapeutic relaxation, focusing on the release of chronic muscle tension while increasing flexibility and improving your range of motion. A variety of techniques and pressures are available to meet your specific needs.

Maternity massage

If you’re expecting, allow our expert massage therapists to nurture you with soothing massage strokes to ease your fatigue and muscle tension, while utilizing body support cushions to provide the ultimate in comfort.

Infant Massage Class — Nurturing Touch

This class provides parents and caregivers with infants ages four weeks to twelve months education for safe massage at home. The goal is to strengthen the connection and communication within the family using nurturing touch. The sessions will provide small group, instructor-led facilitation and demonstration. Participants will have hands-on time to practice techniques, and there will be time for questions.

Classes are held from 10-11 a.m.. Sign up for a session. A session consists of two classes.

Cupping Therapy

Cupping therapy uses a series of cups and suction against your skin. It is a form of deep-tissue massage that eases pain, inflammation, increases blood flow, and aids relaxation.

And while you’re at our Wellness Center for your massage, enjoy the use of the relaxation area and amenities in our locker rooms, along with our showers, dry sauna and warm water and lap pools.

Age requirement

All guests under the age of 18 require a parent/guardian signature.

Cancellations/late arrivals

If you need to cancel your massage therapy appointment, please call at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will result in the full service rate charged to your account. And if you’re running late, the courtesy of a phone call is always appreciated. We’ll be happy to reschedule your appointment if possible. If we’re not able to reschedule to another appointment time, your services will begin as previously scheduled, and your arrival time will determine the length of your treatment time, which will end as scheduled so the next guest may begin promptly.

Couples massage

We welcome scheduling services at the same time for a couple. However, please note, we don’t have the ability for guests to receive services in the same room.

Gratuity

Gratuities may be added at any time for any service, at your discretion.

Technology etiquette/use of cellphones

To maintain relaxation and quiet within the therapy area and in consideration of all guests, talking on your cellphone or using its camera feature are prohibited.

LeeRae Coenen-Groth, LMT, COMT, CMLD

Lee Rae has been practicing massage since 2000 from when she graduated from Blue Sky School of Massage. Her background is using Swedish and relaxation massage in both clinical and wellness environments. These techniques have provided her with versatile experience to use massage therapy to treat people for oncology and post-mastectomy care, as well as manual lymphatic drainage and prenatal massage. She strives to meet people where they are, but considers it an honor to work with them to meet their goals.

 

Anne M. Gretz, LMT

Anne M Gretz has been practicing massage since her graduation from Blue Sky School of Professional Massage and Therapeutic Bodywork in 2021.  Anne’s philosophy is that the human body knows what it needs to do to heal itself and her role is to simply remind the brain and the body and facilitate the healing process. She believes in a holistic approach to wellness. Heart/mind/body/spirit and strives to provide a relaxing and client centered atmosphere to healing. She focuses her modalities on relaxation and therapeutic.

 

Andre Motas, LMT

Andre has been practicing massage for more than 26 years. During this time, he practiced massage at a Palm Beach, Florida vacation resort. Andre focuses on finding the source of soft tissue tension and relief. He also practices reflexology and lymphatic drainage as well. His goal is to have you leave the massage table feeling relaxed and refreshed.

 
 

Julie Wood, LMT

Julie has been offering massage since graduating from Blue Sky School of Massage in 2001. She believes in the body’s ability to heal itself and utilizes her expertise to assist in this process. Using an integrative approach, Julie specializes in deep tissue, Swedish, geriatric, prenatal and hot stone massage. Over the years, she’s helped many people find relief from low back pain, as well as head, neck and shoulder tension. Julie’s philosophy is to create the ideal environment for your body to unwind—keeping your body, mind and spirit in balance.
