HFM to Offer Training Program to Reduce Student Athlete ACL Injury Risk and Improve Athletic Performance

Holy Family Memorial is offering its Sportsmetrics™ knee injury prevention program this summer to help student athletes reduce anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injuries and improve athletic performance. Sportsmetrics is the first ACL injury prevention program scientifically proven to help young athletes avoid non-contact ACL injuries and improve performance.

The Holy Family Medical/Dental Endowment Scholarship offers a $2,000 award to five students.
